One day, she inadvertently picked up her Chinese brush and began scribbling on paper to distract herself from the boring life.

That was when she regained her passion for drawing and started a Chinese ink series called “Singtoo Says”. Later, she got hooked on lampworking and unwittingly established a set of personal symbols which became a style of her works. Be it on ink, or on glazing glass, the works of Chang Hosze exude a kind of Zen flavor and exhibit an impression that is quiet, calm and pure.
